I have owned this item for a number of months now

Now this is the place where stainless pressure cookers receive action. They retain the natural excellence of the food by cooking them quickly with little quantity of water. Vegetables stay fresh, crisp and colorful and hold that texture that make them scrumptious in taste. Meats remain moist and juicy. Interestingly, flavors are further intensified when you’re cooking with super-heated steam. You will surely be overwhelmed by the benefits of pressure cooking given you utilize quality ingredients.

I have owned this item for a number of months now, and it’s one of the best kitchen tools. I think any busy parent attempting to provide or their loved ones with home-made meals really should have this readily available. It’s so an easy task to do one pot meals and vanish. I looked over both this item plus the instant pot brand, but selected this one due to better value, and my bestie also got the Cosori and loved it–so I figured we might pick each other’s brains on cooking ideas from it. I do see that most recipes in existence are geared for your instant pot brand, but it is not difficult to determine the equivalent cook time or method with all the Cosori brand. I have also been able to tweak anything else I would usually cook already to enable them to be done in for most cooker.

I’m intimidated by this thing with all the current buttons and instructions but I love cooking all things in one pot simultaneously so I’ll get comfortable by it. The first thing I made was parsleyed potatoes and meatloaf and in addition they came out great. The potatoes went to the bottom then the trivet next the meatloaf positioned in a tin foil “boat”. I had watched a female on YouTube have the meatloaf at the table so I followed her instructions. One pot to completely clean, delicious pressure cooker recipe and an easy job. I started looking everywhere, including YouTube, for recipes making my own book. I also started offering my crock pots cause this thing is usually a slow cooker, too. I even gave away my beloved rice cooker ! I can clear a great deal space during my kitchen, now. I’m considering downsizing in an RV so I’ll merely have my roaster oven, toaster oven, microwave and my COSORI. Can’t beat that using a big stick!
